Program Overview

Welcome to the ZoomiesGear Affiliate Program! As an affiliate partner, you'll earn rewards for promoting our products.

Affiliate Benefits

  • 10% Store Credit: Earn 10% of net sales (excluding taxes and shipping) as store credit

  • 30% Personal Discount: Enjoy 30% off all ZoomiesGear products for personal use

  • Exclusive Access: Early access to new products and promotions

How It Works

  1. You'll receive a unique discount code for tracking your referrals

  2. Customers use your code at checkout

  3. We track sales monthly and issue store credits

  4. Store credits are issued by the 15th of each month for previous month's sales

Commission Structure

  • Store credit earned on net sale amount (product price minus taxes/shipping)

  • Minimum payout threshold: $25 in store credits

  • Store credits expire 12 months from issue date

  • Personal discount code is for your use only

Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promote ZoomiesGear products honestly and accurately

  • Disclose affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines

  • No spam marketing or misleading advertising

  • No trademark bidding on branded terms in paid ads

  • Post at least once per week on social media featuring ZoomiesGear products

  • Purchase minimum 3 harnesses per quarter using personal discount code (counts toward maintaining active status)

Prohibited Activities

  • False or misleading product claims

  • Spam email marketing

  • Adult content association

  • Trademark/copyright infringement

Payment Terms

  • Store credits issued monthly for qualifying sales

  • Personal discount available immediately upon approval

  • We reserve the right to withhold credits for fraudulent activity

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Outstanding credits will be honored for 90 days post-termination.

Inactive Status: Failure to meet weekly posting requirements or quarterly purchase minimums may result in temporary suspension. Active status can be restored by meeting requirements within 30 days.
